In addition to dance instruction, Brian and Jennie are also accomplished emcees/DJs, with a vast collection of great dance music and extensive sound equipment available for dance socials and outside functions.
Adriana Chessa — as a professional competitor, Adriana Chessa has won many titles across the US in the American Rhythm and Showdance divisions. Some of these include Ohio Star Ball 2000 and 2001, Texas Challenge, Wisconsin State, New Jersey State Open, and California Open.
After being pro for only a year, she was ranked 2nd in the US in the American Rhythm at the USDSC in 1999 and again in 2000 and 2001; and 2nd in the World Mambo Competition in 2000 and 2001. Adriana was chosen to represent the United States at the South American World Showdance Competition in Germany and has performed in Hong Kong, Macau, and the US. Her Television appearances include 60 minutes, “Championship Ballroom Dancing” on PBS, and NBC news.
Adriana currently teaches at Dancing with Nash, which is owned by her parents, Brian and Jennie Nash. She has several top pro-am students that compete across the US and has been top female teacher for two consecutive years at the New Jersey State Open. Adriana continues to travel across the US to coach professional and pro-am couples.
Andrey & Yuliya Klinchik — professionals since January, 2009, Andrey and Yuliya are from Ivano_Frankivsk, Ukraine. Although they both started dancing at a young age; Yuliya at 9 and Andrey at 17, and knew each other in the Ukraine, they didn’t start dancing together until Yuliya came to the USA in January 2005.
Their accomplishments include two times as US Amateur Vice Champions and three times as US Amateur Representatives to the World Championships. US Open Rising Star Champions and winners of many Rising Star Championships in the US. They were also Finalists in the German Open and World Dance Council Open in Paris.
Most recently, Andrey & Yuliya were Quarter Finalists in the Blackpool and International Championships Open and winners of the 2013 Blackpool British Open — Professional Rising Star Ballroom.
Sergey Anisimov — began practicing DanceSport in 1994. Since 1996 he has actively participated in many competitions both nationally and internationally, has been invited to coach in countries as far as Japan, and has frequently represented many dance organizations in team competitions. He is a member of the Khabarovsk Dance Sport Federation and the Russian Dance Sport Federation and has worked as a coach since 2003.
In 2010 Sergey took 5th place in the Open Professional International Latin Championship at the New Jersey State Open in Atlantic City, NJ, 4th place in the Open Professional Rising Star International Latin Championship at the Tri-State Challenge in Connecticut, and 2nd place in the Open Professional Rising Star International Latin Championship in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 2010.
Marianne Nicole — is a former champion in three styles of competitive dancing. She is also a former United States Rising Star American Style Champion, undefeated United States Theatre Arts Champion, North American International Latin Champion, Canadian Theatre Arts Champion, undefeated Fred Astaire American Style Champion, undefeated Fred Astaire Theatrical Champion, undefeated Fred Astaire International Latin Champion and World Latin Representative.
Marianne is a World Class Adjudicator and Coach, and Co Organizer of the Capital Dancesport Championships and a National Examiner for the DVIDA Organization and former examiner for the Fred Astaire Dance Studio organization.
David Hamilton — is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and has been teaching for 26 years. He lived in Los Angeles for 15 years, where he trained. He is a three-time, undefeated American Ballroom Champion and a three-time World finalist.
Certified in all levels of dance, David is a member of the National Dance Council of America and the World Dance Council and is a national and world-class adjudicator for dancesport competitions. His dancing has taken him all over the world, including Japan, Germany, behind the walls of the Kremlin, and in front of presidents.
Wendy Johnson — is a World Dance and DanceSport Council professional, coaching, choreographing and judging throughout the world. She specializes in International Standard and Latin, American Smooth and Rhythm, and theater arts. As a professional dancer, Wendy competed and performed nationally and internationally, holding national titles in International Latin and Standard.
Wendy currently coaches and trains top professionals and amateurs, has choreographed several seasons of ABC’s hit TV show “Dancing with the Stars,” and has coached Cheryl Burke, Nick and Lena Kosovich, Tony Dovolani and Elena Grinenko, Alec Mazo and Edyta Sliwinska, J.T. Thomas and Tomas Mielnicki and many other famous dance stars.
Bill Davies — started his professional dancing career in 1958 with the Arthur Murray Dance Studios in Hartford, Connecticut. In 1963, he left Hartford for New York City to begin his independent teaching and competitive career in what is now called DanceSport. Shortly after his arrival in New York, he was one of the founding professionals of the Pro/Am competitions which have become the main stay of U.S. events.
During his career spanning more than forty years, Bill has studied with three generations of top world class coaches, competed with five different professional partners, and was a member of the first, as well as several other United States teams which represented our country at the British Ballroom Championships held in Blackpool England.
Bill placed eighth in the 1978 World Championships in Tokyo Japan. He has won and been a finalist in numerous overseas championships. He is a nine time “North American Champion”, and a two time “United States Champion.” He also placed second in the “United States American Style Championships,” and has been a finalist in many Latin Championships.
